Because not everyone thought it was "tight" If you like it then make it a "A" in your book, their grades are their opinions so don't rely on what you read. Their opinion is subjective and shouldn't influence your opinion on the movie.
Because there's more to a good movie than sweet action scenes. Spiderman 3 was a mess.
I personally think that Spiderman diserved a C rating. I'm guessing that critics gave it this rating because it was not as good as the other ones.
I think it went to a C because it was really different from the other spiderman movies. The first two were more like action-y movies with a little comedy thrown in and then the third movie switched styles completely so that it was more like the comic book. I liked all three movies, but i guess the inconsistency of the styles just didn't flow for the critics. :/
Because it's part 3, and things were already expected from the previous movies. The more sequels you make, the more critical, critics become on new ideas. It was good, but the 1st one is usually the best.
because it was nothing compared to spider man 2 :D
