Question: I need some really happy/sad/horror/peaceful/thriller sounds or songs. Could anyone name any. No links please. Preferbly ones with no sound that could be used in a short film!!!

I love 'new slang' by the Shins, it was used in the Garden State soundtrack it has a sort of haunting quality to it. I also really like 'Hello Sunshine' by the Super Furry Animals which is an awesome track. Another is 'Things behind the sun' by Nick Drake which is a cool record by any standard. For something different, why don't you try 'Pie Jesu' which is a classical number used in The Truman show, it really is a tearjerker. Good luck with your movie... :-)
