I LOVE Mr. Smith Goes to Washington!!!

Rear Window was good too!

I would say "Rear Window". It's a Hitchcock movie with Grace Kelly. That is one of my favorite movies ever.

I adore "It's a Wonderful Life".

"It's A Wonderful Life" or "Harvey". It's hard to choose.

I liked Harvey!

It's a Wonderfull Life!!

My all-time favorite holiday movie: "It's a Wonderful Life"

He made a few films for Frank Capra including, "It's a Wonderful Life" "You Can't Take It With You" and "Mr Smith Goes To Washington" any or all of those would get my vote(s)

1) It's A Wonderful Life
2) Mr Smith Gpes to Washington
3) The Philadelphia Story
4) Harvey
5) Winchester '73

That is so difficult because I really like Jimmy Steward both as an actor and as a person.

One one of my favorite movie moments was when Jimmy Steward finally punches out John Wayne in The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance. I never liked John Wayne, his politics or the people who lionized him. Jimmy Steward served his country in WW 2 as a front line officer in the Army Air Corp in England, actually he volunteered and returned his military pay back to the government. John Wayne on the other hand hide from his draft notice and didn't serve at all. Wayne wrote an explanation of what happened in the 1960's, it's as funny as it is insulting.

Oddly I like the film Strategic Air Command. It's one of his more obscure films and it's not a that good. Maybe I like it because the character in the film was most like the real Jimmy Steward.

Rear Window is one of his best but I think my favorite of all his films is Harvey.

Rope. Alfred Hitchcock movie. Very well written and he does a great job in it.

Easy. "The Man Who Shot Liberty Valence," A Western classic, from 1962.

Vertigo
