Why do some DVD's smell bad when you open them?!


Question: new ones. you open them up and they stink really bad. Where does the smell come from?

    I don't think they smell too bad. They smell better then the Homeless so stop complaining!
    It suppose to be like that when newly made, comes from the plastic cover.
    cause when the dvd is put in on the assembly line and its getting ready to close theres a fat guy eating beans that uses a funnel to fart a bit into each dvd case before its closed.

    p.s. why do you smell dvds? kinda weird
