Does it magically become night in the Transformers movie or is it just me?!

Question: The first time I noticed it was when the main military guy is talking to his wife and the final cut he's in that lil scene you can see a dark blue aura around him when the camera faces him and he turns around in frustration cause the signal is lost (like they added that aura so you would think it was later than it was) and then they switch to the helicopter and its pitch black out. They do this a couple times in the movie, like it'll be dusk out and then suddenly its like its 12 o'clock at night! Stupid inconsistencies... My question is, did you also notice this?

OK.

Lets get this straight. You're watching a movie with this premise; an alien race comes to Earth in order to find a giant cube that is necessary for their asexual reproduction. They are all robots, and there are good ones and bad ones that like to fight. For fun, they also transform into famous machinery, typically cars and planes, the former all coincidentally manufactured by General Motors. A giant, evil robot is being kept secret inside the Hoover Dam which was built, specifically, for this purpose. They then have a massive battle in the middle of a city, with people "running scared" from them literally in ten minute increments. Meanwhile, no one else in the world seems to notice or care.

So, tell me, what was the inconsistency you had a problem with?

I haven't seen that movie yet, but it's probably editing mistakes that the makers thought no one would pay attention to. That's usually the case with big, noisy movies. Small things like time inconsistencies or illogical sequences aren't given the same attention as the stuff that goes boom.

i did notice that it suddenly turned night time but i still love the movie

it is most likely jsut a time span that you ont get, where it passes time without them saying 2 hours or w/e later.

plus, when the plane is comnig in the beginnig of the movie it is already late sunset (near darkness)

the same thing happened during the chase/fight between bumblebee and barricade

they had to do so many takes in order for the scene to go right
