I also enjoyed On the Waterfront, from that decade.

Easily Godzilla, not only was it amazing but it had a real clear and relevant message that the remakes left out.

I love "Funny Face" with Audrey Hepburn. I love the 50's fashions in the film.

Favorite one is "On the Beach."(1959). End of the world flick that revitalized that wonderful tune from Down-Under, "Waltzin' Matilda."
