The SAW movies have an awesome storyline and the plot is very complicated but everything fits in the end when they unviel everything so it is just amazing! :D

mine is the Halloween movies, i tend to have to watch them in broad daylight with lights on, and i still get nightmares of him. which is silly considering its just a william shatner mask painted white. but still gives me the creeps.
Also the first Jeepers Creepers movie the first time i saw it i was afraid of someone stealing my skin in my sleep and im in my 20s too. I know im a wuss lol.
The Shining, Rosemary's Baby, The Omen, 1408, It. As far as disgusting and very disturbing, it would be "The Hills Have Eyes," which I recently saw.
