I'm not that keen on Tom Cruise but I really loved Vanilla Sky.
Considering Tome Cruise is far away from being one of my favorite actors I would say.......Top Gun!

Actually quite a few to choose from...Goodness I could name five or so but I'll limit it down to The Last Samurai and A Few Good Men.
Jerry Maguire with Minority Report running a very close second.
In my opinion, A Few Good Men - good story and good cast that seem to sort of lift Tom's performance a bit more.
