Casino Royale (the original 1967 film) was never meant to be a part of the "mainstream" story-arc of the James Bond epic.
C'mon... a better question in regards to this would be - if ALL the "James Bond"-s were killed at the end of the film and went to heaven (except for Jaime Bond - who went to a very, very hot place) ... then explain how there were any future James Bond stories.
It's just a ridiculous spoof / parody / gag on the whole genre which just happened to share a name with a *real* James Bond story.
Probably the most dumbest movie I ever seen.

I don't think that was even a real James Bond movie. The new Casino Royale was a real James Bond movie.
The 1967 Casino Royale was only a spoof. it was not a true Bond film.
The more recent Casino Royale starring Daniel Craig as Bond is more how the film was meant to be.
