I am trying to find a movie I saw on TV years ago?!
Question: I am trying to find a movie that I saw on tv when I was younger. I am assuming it was made late 80s or early 90s. It is about a bunch of young girls who, if I remember correctly are young witches. They are in an all girls school practicing the craft and for halloween they have a scare contest. The contest is judged by how many times each team screams when scared by the other. There are rules like not being able to use masks, and one bully continously breaks these rules and doesn't get caught. I think it might have been a tv movie only, although I am not sure. Any help on the name of this movie would be greatly appreciated!
