thats from the order and it has to do with the sin-eating procedure. It means that the person having the act performed on him or her took in the blood of the innocents (through sin) and blood out is the spilling of the sins that will be taken away from the sin eater. hope that helps!
blood in means that to get into the prison gang you have to spill someone elses blood. blood out means trying to get out of that gang wich usually means getting killed or a severe beating.
that movie is so gay, all gangster movies are gay. growing up in east L.A. i see lots of stupid people in love with these gangster movies and i don't know why? damn near all the story lines and plots are the same (with a few exceptions) it's boring and predictable. and the first response was pretty accurate.
