If you or members of your family like profane, immature humor, go for Knocked Up. It's worthy of its R-rating, but a f'ing good movie with a good 'moral' at the end.
try indie films........TRANSAMERICA, IN AMERICA, MYSTERIOUS SKIN, REQUIEM....try also RETURN TO PARADISE, THE GREEN MILE...they're old but not stale. still have the power to touch your heart.
I find alot of great suggestions by what netflix reccomends. If you are looking for something r rated... I suggest the secretary and the red violin. Those are the last 2 movies that we sent back to netflix. I wasn't dissapointed.
