What did you think of the movie Dan in Real Life?!
Question: not as funny as i hoped for. i'm a huge fan of steve carell and was a little disappointed. but it was a good movie for the most part. predictable as all love stories go...i kind of felt bad for steve's character at the way he gets treated by his daughters. all in all i'd give it a 2.5 out of 4

I haven't seen it yet, but I can't wait.
I thoroughly enjoyed it! There were a few kids in the audience who looked to be maybe 12 years old. The themes were a bit too adult for them. It's for older teenagers and up. "Dan..." is a very decent, sweet movie about love and romance, but it's more about family relationships, particularly parent-child. I wouldn't classify it as a comedy, although it does give a few chuckles. With every movie I see Steve Carell in, his acting gets better and better. That's fun to watch! I predict that he will in the not too distant future be awarded an Oscar for a dramatic role.
