Some things dont add up in harry potter(pointless question)?!
Question: but well when harry and ron drove that flying car they got seen by muggles and got told off(chamber of secrets) in the movie order of the phoenix,they are flying on their brooms(when moody and others take him to london)and harry almost smashes into a river boat?(haha)well surely people would notice people flying if they looked out the window?

It's a mistake on the part of the movie makers, in the book they use a dillusionment charm to render them invisible to humans while flying.
that just seems like bad continuity
i would like to fly but maybe on a lazy boy. A broom seems like an uncomfortable mode of transportation
