I am in Toronto and just saw the Chinese show "Love is not all around".
There was a beautiful piece of music towards the end when the pianist died after his swiss tour.It really touched me.The lyrics were:
"Goodbye,my wonderful world" played in the melody of Canon in D. I cannot find the lyrics or get the song.
It really matters a lot to me.

I was searching and it's sung by Terry Hu (he's the guy that played the character that liked Linda Chung in the movie) his chinese name is: 胡清藍 and the name of the song is: 兩個世界
I think the song you're looking for is Two World composed by Yang Fan. Sorry but I can't help with a way of you obtaining it.
