Not anymore- his movies have become god awful to watch in the last ten years or so. He is just too pretencious and his ego is out of control. He can't help but exude that onscreen and destroy the rest of the movie around him. It's unbearable.

No, I've never liked him. One of my husband's favorite movies is Collateral, I find him unbelievable in almost any role, obvious over-acting facial expressions, but I have to admit, I liked War of The Worlds, once I got into movie, I forgot I was watching Tom Cruise, just liked movie.
sure if he makes another sci-fi flick. I enjoyed War of the Worlds and Minority Report. And ever since he was on oprah we all know hes not from this planet anyway. Scientology. Right.
I must be the only one who likes Tom Cruise then. I thought he was good in Interview with a Vampire. So he might not be a six foot hunk but he can act. He looks like my fave brother in law. I think that is what endears him to me.
