YOUZA!!!! Thanks Graham! Never thought I'd come across someone who so totally agrees with me about her AND that waste of space Doherty! When I read in the papers or hear her described on TV as "one of the most beautiful women in the world", I wonder if I've missed something somewhere. I wear glasses but my eyesight isn't THAT bad! Fair enough, when she's got all the slap on and dressed up yes, she's pretty. But that even applies to ME and I ain't no spring chicken! Also, most of the photos we see are air-brushed to MAKE her look good. I've passed nicer looking lassies in the street!

Most models are just that. They walk down the runway and you never know their names. Supermodels are hired as spokesperson for commercials,radio. And occassionally appear in movies or television programs.
These women even use their noteriety to increase their fame to further enforse their own lines of cosmetics or even clothing,perfumes,etc..
it is just another way of saying 'model' these days
hence the programmes 'make me a supermodel' or 'Americas next top model' - these girls are total novices but are refered to as supermodels or top models - they don't seem to need to earn the status and title any longer
however, Kate moss is a very successful model and has been for quite a while
she is the face of many products and has earned a massive fortune
unfortunately for her, her love life and drug habits have been the focus of much media attention
she lost some of her contracts after the drug thing came out - but has got them, and others on top now (her profile was actually raised)

As for that drug addled,Slug of a waster Doherty,well I reckon they deserve each other just wish they'd crawl back in the hole they were born in never to be seen or heard of again,and even that would be too soon,Scum Cess Pit City.
It`s all hype, put out by the fashion companies, personally I think that all models give the impression of being twenty feet tall and built like clothes pegs, also they seem to operate on batteries.

I get why you'd have that opinion, because at first glance she's no big deal & there have been more striking models than her for sure. But at the same time, she has a really unique face and I love the fact that she's not perfect (on the short side compared to most models,kinda crooked teeth, small boobs, wide-ish nose). It's refreshing to have a model that's cute, but not impossibly pretty. She's more real. That's my take on it anyway! Not being argumentative, I promise :)
