I think Fiona was played by Lucianna Paluzzi from Italy. I know Fatima Blush was Barbara Carrera from Nicuragua. "Casino Royale' was the first 007 novel by Ian Fleming. Moneypenny was M's secretary from the beginning. Q was major boothroyd who debuted in "Dr. No" advising 007 to swith from a .25 beretta to a .32 walther pistol. There was a real major boothroyd who wrote letters about guns to Fleming.
I'm not sure on either Casino Royale characters. I also don't think that The Woman in Thunderball and Never Say Never Again are the same actress
