What is the name of this movie??!!!!?!
Question: I saw a movie a few months ago on Comcast On Demand free movies. It's obviously not a popular movie at all.
It's based in the Philadelphia, PA area, about a bunch of high school kids from different backgrounds and parts of town.
These 2 dumb chicks get hit on by 2 "Philly boys" and they tell all their friends that the guys raped them. It escalates into these kids deciding to go out and find these 2 guys. They find the first "Philly guy" they see and beat him to death.
It's not a great movie, really bad acting, but it's driving me crazy not being able to remember the name of it.
I doubt anyone has ever heard of it, but if so, please help me out.

i dont know what movie it is but it aint Havoc that movies in california and has latin street gangs in it
The movie is called Havoc with Anne Hathaway and her friend lies to her parents that she got raped. They are rich teens who become fascinated in hanging out in the rough side of town. I believe the movie is based in LA and the two friends get involved with a Latino gang.
