Question: My boyfriend and I have seen almost every movie I can think of since we got Netflix, are there any movies out there you love but maybe not too many people know about so we can add to our list? Thanks!!

300!!!!!

I've run into this too. What I find works is when I pick an actor or actress and put all their movies on my list. Just search for the actor and you may find a lot that you haven't seen. Try directors, etc too.

how about some good ones.......GOODFELLAS.....THE GODFATHER.......CASINO....

Requiem for a Dream (2000)
Water (2005)
THX1138 (1971)

Hunt for Red October, To Kill a Mockingbird, In the Company od Men, Wall Street, and The Mosquito Coast

My favorite movie ever is Rory O'Shea was Here. I' m not sure if you've ever watched it before, but it is about two disabled young men, Michael and Rory, living in a convalescent center in Ireland. Here's a pretty good summary of the movie:

Its hilarious and heart-wrenching at the same time; I highly recommend it. Others that you might like are A Perfect World (really awesome if you like Kevin Costner and Clint Eastwood), Battle Royale (really interesting concept...if you don't mind gore), and Blow.

Knocked Up, Deck the Halls, I Now Pronounce you Chuck and Larry, Mr. Brooks,

"My Fellow Americans" with James Garner, Jack Lemmon (I'm 26, and my parents and I have loved this movie since we first saw it about 10 years ago.) Very funny!

"Rat Race" with Cuba Gooding Jr, Whoopie, Jon Lovitz, Kathy Najimy, Seth Green, and lots more...funny stuff!!!

"Weekend at Bernie's I + II" with Jonathan Silverman, 2nd is funnier, but you need the first to understand it

"Hook" with Robin Williams, Dustin Hoffman...funny, touching, one of my favorites...Robin and Dustin give amazing versatility in this movie.

"American Outlaws" with Collin Farell...fun western adventure about Jesse James with plenty of eye candy! :)

I know you can get TV series with Netflix...I reommend these series (just make sure you start in chronological order):

-Arrested Development...comedy
-ALIAS-drama/action
-The Pretender- drama/action
-It's Always Sunny IN Philadelphia-comedy (and still on the air!)

I hope this helps...those movies come very highly recommended as they have made me and my family laugh on many occassions!

Gladiator
