As for Spiderman..there is a possibility.
I think they are already in pre-production for Spidey 4 and as to pirates it's most likely a no. Jerry Bruckhiemer, the producer, was "exhausted" with these last three. And Gore Verbinski, the director, also mentioned that anything else would most likely just diminish and ruin the pirate series. Kiera Knightley already said she would not do another pirates movie, as well. :(

Pirates of the Caribbean was a trilogy so it's over.
There might be a possibility of a Spider Man 4, but I don't believe that there is any news about that yet.
