spider-man 3 is better than pirates. the third spiderman had great fight scenes and the part when parker is consumed by his dark side and starts to dance was funny and i really dont know why alot of people are criticizing those 15minutes. and the story of the sandman wanting to help his daughter was great......potc has just too many stories. alot of characters and a difficult plot and i hated sparrows behavior and performance in the last one although in the first 2 it was great.
I enjoy pirates better- I'm a huge Disney Fan, and Jack Sparrow is hillarious to me, and the adventure was fun as well!
The cons are that the plot lines are very big, and everywhere lol !
Spider-Man 3 would have been better if Venom would have been what he really looks like: Long toungue, creepy voice, muscles everywhere, etc. But I still think it was cool, just not as cool as it really is in the comic and such. The fight scenes with Harry were cool, the ending with him was sad though :(

Pirates for sure. I wasn't that impressed by Spider-Man. Especially the really stupid part in the jazz club when Toby was trying to dance and look cool. Totally ruined the rest of the movie for me. And Pirates has Johnny so its really no contest.
i think both movies were weaker than their part 2's. the last 15 min of spiderman was just dumb, and pirates 3 was just weak altogether.
I liked Pirates much better. The 3rd was my favorite of the trilogy.

I like POTC 3 more then spider man 3 . Because in the potc all of the characters had a Chance to develop. In spider man 3 it was too rushed. If the would have gotten rid of one of the characters and taken more time to develop sandman or venom. It would have been much better. I love the Captin Jack he had the best story. In spider man i did not have just one i loved.
I haven't seen the 3 pirates yet but i really liked the 3rd spiderman movie it was more about the inner conflict and the downside to heroism than the others. i can't wait for the 3rd pirates movie to come out on dvd though
I like Pirates of the Caribbean 3 better. My favourite character has to be Jack Sparrow. He was the best, but I also liked Will Turner a lot.
