Why are Hollywood movies so unnecessarily vulgar?!
Question: I know a lot of Americans have absolutely nothing for an attention span and no taste for morality, but the movies today play to a denominator even lower than this!!!!!!!!

I know it amazing to watch a caper where your favorite superhero in spandex achieves mythological achievements.
However, isn't the human experience even more inspiring?

Sadly, that doesn't go for everyone here in America. Death Proof (don't let the title fool you, it's an awesome movie with a lot of dialogue and character development) got great reviews and I loved every minute of it! But every other person here found it boring. So, unfortuantely, some people would rather watch 'Epic Movie' than any other film.

I personally have no idea why they use so much profanity in the movies now a days. I'm not saying I want the dialog to sound like "Gosh Dar-net, or Dag Nabbet" but I don't want every other word in the movie to be the F word. Like the movie Good Will Hunting. Ever other word was the F word. Everybody gave it raves for being so good but heck it was the equivalent of a porno to me...basically a movie I could only watch when my kids were asleep.

There is some good, however, if you look for it. Check out 'Sweetland', it is American made and is excellent (it has some German & Norwegian subtitles). It is in the new release section of Blockbuster now.

I AGREE. Hollywood is the biggest produce of waste in the world, but honestly, the worst movie I've ever seen in regards to obscene content is "Borat",,,made me throw up almost, I never paid to go see a naked dude, disgusting cinematic krap.
Your a disgusting example of the what becomes of people who are exposed to a lifestyle at an early age that gives them what they want, when they want it. I have read some of your other questions, thinking you really couldn't be that bad, and I am truly disturbed. You should be locked away someplace so real humans don't have to tolerate you, in person or on the internet.
