What is the difference between types of trailers?!

Question: There are all kinds of names for trailers. Teaser, first, second, final, international, domestic, theatrical, full length, etc. I mainly want to know what makes a trailer 'theatrical' and is there a standard order in making these trailers or do the advertisers just do whatever and name them after the fact?

"Teaser" is, literally, to entice you, and make you more interested in the film.
"First" is the first theatrical Trailer.
"Second" is the second theatrical Trailer.
"Final" is the final theatrical trailer.
"International" is the true theatrical trailer.
"Domestic" is a trailer made only for Audiences in North America.
"Theatrical" is the true trailer- the longer version of a commercial, with clips of the completed film.

The films lately with examples of this are: Live Free or Die Hard and The Simpsons Movie.

I would release them in this order:
1. Teaser
2. First
3. Second
4. Theatrical (International)

a teaser trailer teases you, but doesn't include any scenes from the movie- I.E. the dark knight trailer, which is just a spotlight moving behind the batman symbol with Alfred and Bruce Wayne speaking.

a theatrical trailer shows scenes from the movie, and is about 1-2 minutes in length

then there are television trailers- aka TV spots, which are the same as theatrical trailers, but not as long (usually about 30 seconds)
