Movie: Pan's Labyrinth?!

Question: ok some questions from the movie if you've seen it:

Ok so i think the whole magic part was really there, but only visible to her, but her step father couldnt the faun at the end of the movie, so does anyone think the whole magical stuff was her imagination?

In the end, do you think she died or she died but she really went to her kingdom.

And, i didnt get the last task-was she really supposed to offer her brother's blood to pass or not offering it was the right thing to do?

just watched it and im still confused (i had to watch it with subtitles) so if anyone has insight on it and can answer any of the questions, much appreciated.

well i think that the whole magical part was in her head as she wanted to get away from her horrible life and seeing as she liked fairy tales (at the beginning her mum says that she reads a lot of them) it was how she maybe dreamed something would go. also it kinda suggests it may be in her head coz after the task where she saw pale man and left the room through the whole in the wall it sealed up and there was no mark. but when there is another scene later on there is a white chalk line where the whole was may be meaning that it never happened.
at the end i think that she did die and the bit where she went to the kingdom was in her mind as she died but is meant that she was happy coz there she could be with her family again so may be it was like her vision of heaven or something.
as for the last question i think that she wasnt or else she wouldnt have seen the kingdom at the end. it was like the last task was a task of the heart to see whether she would put her own desires before the lives of others and so as she didnt she passed.
sorry it was so long but hoped this helped.

I was confused a little to.

I think she went to her kingdom and was not supposed to offer his blood (kinda like a test).

I wish I can find it in english hard to watch and read at the same time.

The right decision was to NOT give someone else's blood for her own reasons or beliefs. Moral is don't be selfish and insane like her stepfather. As for it being Ophe's imagination or not I think the director really wanted it to be up to individual viewers. It's a Fantasy movie so it's whatever you want it to be. I like to believe that it was her imagination since it would show that if you want it to be--it will. Kind of like a mind over matter thing, no matter how hard her enviroment was she had enough hope and imagination to get her through anything. Much like some beliefs, if you make the best of a hard life and do good you reap the benefit of going to Heaven but instead of that it was her own kingdom .
The movie is spoken only is Spanish, it's the only version Del Toro made it in.

none of it was real, she was making up her own reality because of her homelife.

and to darkslayer, there is no version in english. and i don't think there ever will be one. guiellmo del toro (sp) is spanish, and speaks spanish.
(though he did hellboy and blade 2 in english) this was HIS film. it took 2 years to do, so i don't think he is going to change it.
