The scene in Jaws where the shark comes out of the water while the Chief is throwing out chum made me jump out of my seat AND scream.
Saw III. The torture methods made me cringe and look away from the screen. Very twisted and sadistic. I don't think I'll watch that movie again.

The final scenes with Clarice Starling and Jame Gumb had me jumping out of my seat several times. I remember there was a guy in the theater that actually got up and yelled, "He's right behind you"!
They-Two people are going to have sex but stop (before the clothes come off) because she gets a phone call. Later, she's nude because her boyfriend is checking her for marks, but you don't see anything.
Dead Silence-No sex at all. Maybe some suggestive dialogue.
Silent Hill-No sex, but there is some (barely visible) nudity when a monster first rips off a woman's clothes, then her skin.
