Probably at Christams time, that is how it usually works. Shrek 3 was out around the same time, it comes out Nov 13

The DVD of "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix" will release on 12.11.2007, but only in the UK!

The Harry Potter Fansite "The Leaky Cauldron" reported, that Amazon.uk offered the 2-disc-DVD of "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix" with a november 12, 2007 release date.
The 2-disc-DVD costs 19,45 british pound.
The other countries will have to wait for the official release date of the "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix" DVD.
Rumors express that the DVD will appear around chrismas time.
