It is called HOUSE ARREST. It was actually not made in the early 90's or the late 80's. It was mid 90's. 96 to be exact.
It has Jamie Lee Curtis and Russel Harper. They showed in on TBS alot in 99 and 00. They stopped showing it though. I haven't seen it in a while.
