I am probably one of the few people that was disappointed with it.
The only transformer to be even remotely true to his original for was Prime. None of the others looked even remotely like their original counterpart; creative or copyright issues, maybe? From what I heard, they did have the man who did his voice from the cartoon series do Op's voice for the moive.
The other big prob I had, which someone else stated in their movie review: "People...and some robots." Hello! The name of the movie is Transformers. They spend way too much time on the people, and not enough on the Transformers! They are the title of the movie, but are reduced to supporting roles, imo. All they really needed to do was make an adaption of the REAL Transformers Moive (the cartoon from the 80s), and all of that transforming, story, indeed, everything, would have been perfect. As it is, I was very disappointed with it.
