i loved all of them. i think for the most part, anyone who didn't like them just didn't get it (though, that is not to say EVERYONE who didn't like it didn't get it). i went to see saw 4 a few days ago, and the girl i was with said she didn't like it. after some questioning, she said she didn't get it.
so i explained it to her, and now she likes it.
i can't wait until february, so i can get it on dvd.
I didn't really like the Saw movies at all.... a lot of people do and I guess it is because they like that stuff that is in EVERY flippin' movie theses days. I suppose that if I had to pick the "best" of them I would pick Saw 2. But, overall, I thought they were dumb and predictable.
They're a bit sick, but I guess it depends on the audience.
I like them because I think they're really clever. The situations the characters are put in are really clever... even if they are a bit sick. they're well written and well directed movies.
But I've only seen the first and bits of the others.
I think Saw 1 was the best as the twist at the end was great, now they are becoming very predictable.
