Question: It was about two step-sisters who went off to the same college. One sister got into the popular girls sorority with all the pretty, snooty girls. The other step-sister did not and joined the Phi-Epsilon-Delta house (called "Pigs, Elephants and Dogs") by the snooty girls. That sister also had psychic powers. I can't remember the whole plot but it was very campy and '80s.

Idk, but that sounds like a more recent movie I saw on lifetime called the initiation of sarah.
