As Halloween goes, the scene is a classic. Seldom duplicated, never topped! It is a film of the old "musical" genre which is now replaced by an awesome sound track in every film (virtually making all films musials!)

I love Tootie's/Margaret O'Brien's obsession with death ("My doll has four fatal diseases!") and her having to "kill" her neighbor on Halloween! I absolutely adore this film - really one of my all time faves.
