Did the band Green Day take their name from the film Soylent Green?!
Question: I was watching this movie recently and there is a scene where on a large window is written " Soylent Green Day Is Thursday". What struck me is the window is seperated into four panes and the message is written across all of the panes. in one of the panes it says Green Day and the way it's written looks the same as the way the band's name looks on their albums. Just curious if anyone knows an answer to this bit of trivia.
