Do Steven Segal's characters ever get hurt in any of his movies?!

No he is always the good guy, but there was this one movie way back in the 80's where he got hurt. I don't remeber the name of it but his house got ropped his wife was killed & he was in a coma for many months & then his nurse helped sneak him outta the hospital. Good Movie but don't know the name!
