What's a good rainy day movie that is not a chick flick, animation, or horro!
Question: Life as a House (have the Kleenex handy) - Men were sobbing in the theater when I saw it, so I would not call it a chick flick.
Deuce Bigalow, Male Gigolo - I get a good laugh every time I see it.
Gross Point Blank - Action/Comedy (not a horror, but has some gross scenes).
The Fountain - It's a somewhat romance, but a real mind bender. Made me really think.
What the Bleep do we know? - A philosophical journey. (plus it was filmed in my city, and my husband and I wandered on the set and we can see ourselves in one of the shots)
I tried to give you a little of everything, but they are all movies that I have totally enjoyed.

"Waking Ned Devine" - a great comedy about a little Irish town that conspires to cash in a winning lottery ticket after the death of its owner.

anything that will make you laugh--my faves are any adam sandler movie(billy madison, happy gilmore, big daddy)
Apocalypto was by far the best movie i have seen in my life. I just loved it and highly recommend it. It had tears, fear, love, action it had it all. I say give it a go, i doubt you'll be disappointed.

ever flick! (NOTE: You might have trouble understanding it,though )
High Spirits or Young Frankenstien, seems like I know every line by heart, but still find them both funny!!! Great cast in both!!
