when old yeller gets shot

The rape scene in The Accused with Jodie Foster.

The rape scene in 'Francis'.

Without much hesitation, I would say the scene from Chinatown where Nicholson gets his nostril sliced open.

Very painful to watch to this day!

The dinner table scene in Hannibal when that guy eats his own brain! Yew!

My second choice would be the rape scene in Deliverance! Yikes!

Pulp Fiction - "dungeon" scene
Pan's Labyrinth - couple of scenes that qualify
Seven - gweneth paltrow's head in a box

When Ned Beatty gets raped by a hillbilly in "Deliverance". Yeah, a man getting anal rape from ANOTHER man.

thatgirl_30058, you've got 3 hours to edit your answer before I report you for stealing mine.

The most disturbing scene i can think of is...........in the movie house of 1000 corpses. When the guy ,,,i think his name is otis,,,cuts off the face off of the captive girls father.....and then he wears it and starts kissing her through it ! EWWWWWW so wrong ,,,so so so wrong LOL

Hostel, where the girl has her eye burned and then to be detached later on.

im not a fan of the saw movies i only saw the first however i saw a clip from saw 2 where a women talking with some people in a room when the floor opens up and she falls into a PIT OF NEEDLES .... F#CKEN who thought of that ....

Well, there are the obvious horror films - Hostel, Saw - that have tons of disgusting scenes, but my personal favorite is the sex scene in... I've forgotten the name of the movie. It's from the '70s, about a young man, obsessed with death, who falls in love with an old hippie, obsessed with life. You know the one?

the hobbling scene from misery

Pretty much any scene in the movie Hostel.

The most disturbing scenes I remember seeing were the first films I saw of the Nazi death camps, shown as evidence of warcrimes in the movie Judgment at Nuremburg, with Spencer Tracy.

Aside from those, the most disturbing, as well as horrific, were in a short documentary made in 1949 by Georges Franju, Le Sang des betes (Blood of the Beasts), which showed the everyday slaughter of horses, cows and sheep in a French slaughterhouse. Cold, matter-of-fact killing of the innocent, for our everyday use. Worse than any horror film could ever be.

28 weeks later. When the husband/father in the movie goes to see his wife that was found alive in their old house and was brought to the refuge city. He goes to see her in the infirmary and kisses her infecting himself and just rips her apart. She's screaming and tied down to the table and he is beating her and ripping her abdomen open with his bare hands and teeth! I can't stand to watch that part, let alone listen to it. Which actually is worse for me (listening to it that is). You don't see what's going on, all you hear are painful screams and ripping sounds and squishy gross sounds, *shivers*. I don't like the thought of being eaten alive.

Or, Joey Lawrence in Rest Stop...yeeeah...

Rape scene in i spit on your grave.
