Do all of the songs on the Transformers album play in the movie?!

No they aren't.
The latest soundtrack trend is "Songs From and Inspired By..." This allows them to make money off a soundtrack CD even if all the songs aren't actually used in the film. Typically, if a movie only has three or four songs, that's not enough to fill a CD, so they add a bunch of "filler" and say that these songs have been "inspired by" the movie.
Hollywood's weird like that.
