What was the cartoon/animated movie about the Apocalypse?!
Question: All I remember is that it is in color, it was made not that long ago.
Everyone I have asked says they don't know what it is called.
I remember that it ended where they where the two last people on Earth and they where joking about what to call the planet since now they pretty much own it.
There was aliens in it.
I remember the one scene the guy was washing the windows of the aircraft thing and the girl was getting mad at him.

You may be thinking of 'Titan AE'.
In that case Earth was destroyed very early on. There were two main human characters in the film, but the story did say that there were still other humans in the universe; after the creation of the new planet, they are shown arriving in ships.
If I am right it ends with the male character, voiced by Matt Damon, deciding to call the new planet 'Bob'. The female character was voiced by Drew Barrymore.
It is called "Titan A.E. " At the end she asks him what he wants to name the planet and he jokingly says "Joe" or some really lame name like that. Anyways, it has the voice of Matt Damon and Drew Barrymore. It came out in 2000.
