Vampire movies, what is your all time favorite ones and why?!

Question: My absolute faves are, Fright Night, one and two. Both were good and had all the stuff that I enjoy in a good vampire movie. Great mood setting music, suspense, sex, good looking master vampires who can be irresistible to the opposite sex.

In the first Fright Night, they had a male vampire who could control people and was coming on to women with true success. lol They could not resist him.

In the second one, it was an incredibly hot woman vampire and of course men could not resist her.

Loved the music in both, it helped make these both my favorites. Watch them on DVD with a good sound system and turn it up

i dont know but 30 days of night looks pretty good

I know this is probably a common answer but I liked Underworld alot!!

I just saw 30 Days of Night. It was really good. But I'd have to say John Carpenter's Vampires is my all time favorite.

Nosferatu- because it was truly creepy. The way it was shot, and the actor, it looked real. It was just really scary, and still is.

Of course Bela Lugosi as Dracula is a very close second. Give credit where it's due!!

my favorite movie is Dracula 2000 that guy is so fine and the story is a good 1

I like , The Hunger. Its kinda old but still a good movie.

Anne Rice trilogy
-interview with a vampire
-the vampire lastat
-queen of the damned

The books were a lot better, but isn't that the way it always goes.

DANG. 30 Days of Night looks pretty good.

interview with a vampire
bramstokers dracula
blade

i really want to see 30 days of night...

Interview With a Vampire was good. Queen of the Damned was alright - I liked the books better.

Lost Boys, was good by late 80's early 90's standards. They should do a remake.

BLADE 1&2
FROM DUSK TILL DAWN #1

I just love when they combine great action with vampires! Fantasic mix!

Interview with a Vampire. Because there are so many HOT guys in it!! Brad Pitt!!! He can suck my blood anytime!

My two personal faves are Underworld and Underworld Evolution. I really like the story lines of both of them and lets face it. Selene and Michael are both hot!

Vampyros Lesbos. Awesome film, drop dead gorgeous Soledad Miranda as female Dracula, and unforgettable music.

My Faves are "Old Dracula," with David Niven at his comic best, saving what was essentially a "B" movie, the action packed "Blade," and of course, "Once Bitten"Jim Carrey's first starring role against the incredibly hot cougar, Lauren Hutton as the vamp who needs the blood of a virgin, (Carrey,) to regain her youth.

Gary Oldman also turned in another incredible performance in the title role of "Bram Stoker's Dracula."

old one from the 80's VAMP not to bad

Dracula. I was barely out of diapers when Bela Lugosi played the part. I remember seeing them on TV especially around Halloween as a teen. Oops, made a rhyme LOL

I'd have to go with Interview with a Vampire, but not much of a vampire movie fan.
