That's a Spike Lee movie. Wesley Snipes, Anabella Sciorra. Think that was the film that got Halle Berry noticed.

Sure. Decent Spike Lee film which was mostly forgettable. But had a great performance by Samuel L. Jackson as Gator, Wesly Snipes crack addict brother.
