As far as classics go, The 36th Chamber of Shaolin is awesome. definately my favourite classic of all time.
Shaolin and Wu Tang is also pretty good.
most of the films in the master killer series are awesome.
i like the old shaw brothers films a lot.
Enter the dragon is good too, i love that bit when he ditches the guy in the little boat. haha.
The One Armed Boxer vs. The Flying Guillotine is also great, its not serious but it is really really funny.
Spiritual kung fu and legend of drunken master are also pretty good.

Jet Li's ONCE UPON A TIME IN CHINA movies and THE TAI CHI MASTER. They were all good movies...
