it show's the guy getting threw all of it and then jigsaw says the game was on his assistant... but the she shoot's the girl trying to keep her alive then the girl's husband shoot's the assistant... jigsaw is asking for forgivness from the guy and he say's apology accepted but then he cut's jigsaw's throught and he hand's him a tape and it say's ur little girl is somewhere in there in a small room with the oxygen low it says can u save her let the games begin.......that's all
Jigsaw gets killed by the guy held captive. The guy's wife's head explodes (more or less), and he's stuck in Jigsaw's house, which is running out of oxygen quickly.

The guys wife head blew off.. amanda died slowly from being shot... and i believe that jigsaw's throat was slashed.. everyone's dead except for the guy that had just finished going through the last "game" and now he has to go through another one.. to be able to get his daughter back.
