I can't tell you where to find them.... but I can give you some killer (pun intended) suggestions.
Forget about Hollywood remakes - the 1980s were when horror truly reached its peak of perfection. (But of course you mustn't overlook timeless classics such as Psycho and The Exorcist.)
Next, it depends on what kind of theme you want for your halloween horror party, because horror has many different sub-genres - slasher, demons/possession, haunted house etc, and, of course, my personal favourite, zombie films.
For the slasher genre I reccomend:
-A Nightmare on Elm Street (1984)
-Friday the 13th (1980) and it's many sequels.
-Halloween (1973)
-Child's Play
-Sleepaway Camp
-Children of the Corn
Now, for movies about demons, I recomend above all else:
-Hellraiser 1 & 2. Unbeatable stuff. Brilliantly directed.
For haunted house movies:
-The Haunting (1963) NOT the crappy remake
-The Amitiville Horror -again, the origional
-Polterguist
-House on Haunted Hill
Now, finally zombies. You can't go past them
-Dead/Alive aka Braindead (directed by Peter Jackson; one of the goriest movies ever!)
-Night of the Living Dead
-Dawn of the Dead
-Day of the Dead
-Re-animator
-The Beyond
And, if you like your horror with a sci/fi twinge, you mustn't overlook:
-The Fly (both versions)
-Videodrome

i personally think you should watch Event Horizon. it's an excellent Sci-Fi movie! besides that try Alien, Night of the Living Dead, The Hills have Eyes...
Wrong Turn !!!!!! That movie scared the crap out of me !! And now the have a Wrong Turn 2 but not sure if it's out yet I also like the saw movies yikes !!!!!
