Try Limewire can't gaurentee though.
Try Netflix, they have a lot of old movies and some that were TV only like Merlin and the 10th Kingdom. I don't see why they wouldn't have the really old ones too.

The other one with that particular actor might be harder to find. You can try searching for it on the net from a download site, but a lot of made for TV movies never make it onto media for purchase or download.
Circuit City.com has alot of older movies that are hard to find as well as half.com, and amazon.com
