I really enjoyed watching Wordplay, it's about the New York Times Crossword puzzle, and all the people who do them, and the guy who makes them, and they go to a crossword puzzle convention where you meet a group of interesting competitors who compete annually. I also liked March of the Penguins as well.

Blue Water, White Death (about great white sharks).

Titticutt Follies by Frederick Wiseman

have to agree with the guy who said Jesus camp..all though bowling for columbine and fahrenheit 911 were also good....

Recent documentary came out called "The War". Very long, but the best documentary regarding WWII in my opinion. It's on DVD now.

An Incovenient Truth. It was very eye-opening.

I do agree about "An Inconvenient Truth". It's frightening, and it's even more horrifying to realize that the destruction seems to be speeding up!

"In the Shadow of the Moon" is a recent one which I saw. I am not that much of a fan of the space race and moon landings, but I was absolutely impressed by the way the various astronauts expressed themselves in the documentary. It was good to put a human spin on a very technical subject.

Try "This Divided State" for an eye-opener about where this country stands politically.

"The Bridge" is also fairly intriguing.

Eyes of Tammy Faye
Bowling For Columbine
An Inconvient Truth
March of the Penguins
Dogtown & Z-Boys
