Did anyone see "Grindhouse"? Like it or no?!
Question: I'm a little disappointed that the fake trailers were not on the "Deathproof" dvd, "Planet Terror" is released today hopefully they will be on there. I actually spit out a drink of soda when at the end of the "Thanksgiving" serial killer spoof, the masked guy is screwing the roasted turkey.

'planet terror' is a worthy addition to the zombie genre', and the key to Deathproof is when a character says 'remember movies like vanishing point, when real cars really got crashed, driven by really dumb people?' the key is when it says 'starring Zoe Bell'and you go'Zoe who...?'she's the real-life stuntwoman who holds on to the hood of the car in one of the most prolonged stunt chases in movie history,longer than 'French Connection' or 'Bullitt'.and it's all for real!so she's either real dumb or real crazy,'cause it looks pretty dangerous,and i don't see how they could offer her much protection.

I saw "Deathproof." I thought the first half of it was awesomeee. i loved the actresses in it, they were bad @ss and so was ol' Kurt. and the filming was great. but the second half i hated it! i thought kurt russel's change in character was not convincing and i didn't like the girls nearly as much.
I haven't seen "Planet Terror" yet but I want to. I lovee Naveen Andrews.
I saw grindhouse on april last year, about a week after it went into theatres. right in the middle of exam month.
i personally liked planet terror more than deathproof.
Deathproof had too much "girl-talk" whcih was REALLY annoying. It was like "I don't care about what you have to say because it's just flubberng chick-jabber that doesn't bring anything new to what was already established to the plot".
though the ending of deathproof was funny.
and planet terror was funny as well.
Both movies were enjoyable and I still wouldn't have liked deathproof more even if it was shown first.
