Blockbuster online and most Blockbuster stores actually carry that one. I know the one closest to me does, as I've rented it a couple times. Blockbuster Online now has a section linked to MovieLink where you can download movies

You must not be looking very hard. I just did a quick check and it's available from Amazon, eBay, Hollywood Video, Circuit City, Netflix, Blockbuster and Best Buy.
