Yes I miss them, now Im old enough to see R rated movies in theaters they stopped making good ones. Every decent action movie is dulled down to P-13 for more mass audience appeal.

They never have scenes where a guy throws someone onto a pipe and say "why dont you left off some steam" anymore.

I had hopes The Rock would take up the mantle of Stallone and Arnold but all he seems to do these days is crap like "The Game Plan".

O well I guess its time to break out some of my DVDs so I can hear classic lines like, "If it bleeds we can kill it," one more time.

i hope so, it would be nice if the new rambo had an 80's feel to it, but i am sure like Rocky Balboa, it will not have that feel. Maybe they will start making more movies like they used to.. All time best is Commando

I miss them. The simplicity. The rawness. The outstanding scriptwriting. Nowadays it's all just CG, slow-paced, outright crappy movies.

Alien Vs Predator 2 is out in the new year, so you don't have to miss that franchise.

The Robocop movies were just bloodbaths really, I don't watch them too often.

Total Recall was a really funny, clever movie. It's a pity Schwarzenegger has stopped making movies, but there is a Terminator 4 coming without him. That might be good.

I hope the new Rambo film is good and that Sly doesn't look too silly running around with long hair and muscles in his 60s.

Miss 'em? Hell no, they never went away, through the miracle of Beta, VHS, LD and DVD!

Doubt the new Rambo won't suck ***. But surprisingly, Rocky Balboa was pretty good... maybe Rambo will be about the aging of a mercenary. Maybe we'll luck out and he'll get croaked by a newer, younger merc, played by Matthew Marsden!
