4th level of the Transworld Tranfer Station. Go past the Starbucks, then a quick left. Buy a ticket to the Hogwarts station. Upon arrival Harry should be standing there waiting for you. He greats all visitors during normal business. Just don't go on Boxing Day. The Hogwarts transfer doesn't run on holidays.
