Does Hellraiser use a metal ball that throws out spikes or blades?!
Question: I remember an old movie, w/ metal balls that throw out spikes or blades. Like a landmine kinda thing. Everyone says it sounds like Hellraiser because he has the pins in his head. I can only picture the ball spinning, throwing out sharp objects.

The Phantasm films feature this device. It doesn't throw out spikes or blades. Instead, it slams into a person and drills into him/her in quite a gruesome fashion. The films are: Phantasm (1977), Phantasm II, Phantasm III: Lord of the Dead, and Phantasm IV: Oblivion. To my surprise, there's going to be another sequel: Phantasm V (2008)!
